At Valor Sciences, we are committed to providing high-quality research peptides and exceptional customer service. Due to the specialized nature of our research-grade peptides and regulatory requirements, we maintain a strict returns policy to ensure product integrity and compliance.
Important Notice: All products sold by Valor Sciences are intended solely for laboratory research purposes. Products are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or any application outside of qualified research environments.
Return Policy
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery date only.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Products must be unused and unopened in original packaging
- All seals and tamper-evident features must be intact
- Products must be stored according to specified storage conditions
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- Customer must be a qualified research institution or laboratory
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened or used peptide vials
- Products stored outside recommended temperature ranges
- Custom synthesized peptides
- Products ordered more than 10 days ago
- Items showing signs of tampering or improper storage
- Bulk orders over $1,000 (special approval required)
Refund Process
- Contact Authorization: Email support@valorsciences.com within 10 days of delivery to request return authorization
- Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible
- Inspection: Returned items undergo quality inspection to verify condition
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
Refund Exceptions:
- Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Valor Sciences under exceptional circumstances only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Restocking fee of 15% may apply to approved returns
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Our Guarantee: If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping or if we made an error on our end, we will immediately make it right by providing replacement products at no charge.
Shipping Damage: In the unfortunate event that the carrier loses the shipment with non-delivery confirmation, we will reship the order at no additional cost. However, if the carrier claims delivery, our guarantee has been fulfilled.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Pre-Shipment: Changes to orders can be made within 1 hour of placing the order.
Post-Shipment: Orders cannot be modified once they enter our shipping queue.
Cancellations: Full refunds available for orders not yet shipped
Quality Assurance
Each order is fulfilled and triple checked for accuracy, then securely packaged to ensure that your complete order arrives in perfect condition.
All Valor Sciences peptides undergo:
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis
- Mass Spectrometry verification
- Purity testing exceeding 98%
Research Use Compliance
Age Requirement: Customers must be 21 years or older.
Qualified Purchasers Only: Valor Sciences reserves the right to limit and/or deny sales of products to any individual who is not a qualified purchaser.
Documentation Required: Research institution verification may be required for large orders.
Dispute Resolution
Chargeback Policy: With all of the policies we have in place, there should never be a reason for anyone to chargeback with their bank. If this happens, we will consider this to be fraud and will pursue any possible legal action.

IN NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL Valor Sciences BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability arising out of the purchaser’s handling, possession, and/or use of the products.
Legal Compliance: All sales comply with applicable federal and state regulations governing research chemicals and peptides.
