Are your products for human consumption?
NO. All products sold by Valor Sciences are strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or in-vitro purposes only. These products are NOT for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Lyophilized/Powder Products: Stable at room temperature for up to 4 weeks. When refrigerated, products remain stable for 1-2 years.
Liquid Products: Average shelf life of 12-18 months when stored at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
Reconstituted Products: Must be refrigerated and remain stable for 2-4 weeks depending on handling.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST: Processed and shipped the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST: Processed and shipped the following business day
- Weekend orders: Processed on the next business day (Monday)
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking numbers are provided within 2-4 hours of shipment via email. You can also track orders through your account dashboard.
